First step

I offer a free 30-minute exploratory conversation. This is useful as a discovery call so we can assess the potential for working together. So if you’d like to enquire or start a conversation, please use this booking link

Please email me with any questions:

Booking a paid-for appointment

This is the next step if we agree to work together.

Or you might prefer to go straight to a payable appointment if you’d like a longer conversation of 50 minutes rather than 30 minutes for a free exploratory call.

Book now

An exploratory call is a great way to start our conversation. You can tell me what you’re looking for. Then I will suggest the best ways I will support you. We can discuss any pratical aspects like scheduling, fees, private health insurance cover.

If you’re ready to get going straight away, book a therapy session and pay by card. Or email me with any other enquiry.

Getting to know you:

You will have the chance in the initial sessions to tell me what’s on your mind. This helps us scope an approach to address what’s troubling you. Some people like to talk about this. Others prefer to write it down. Either way works for me.

Depending on what you talk about, I may suggest some questionnaires which help us get some baseline measures about your symptoms or what’s happened in your life.

If applicable, it’s helpful for you to tell me if you’re under the care of a doctor or other mental health professional if joined-up care seems like a good idea.

Planning ahead

Many clients like to discuss a framework for therapy, according to their goals or things to be resolved.

I can write a treatment plan if that’s a good idea – such as for private health insurance funding, or if there is a legal matter involving work or a personal injury claim.

Other people prefer to work this out as we go along, according to what emerges in therapy. I’m happy to discuss this at any stage, to stay on track for your benefit. Let me know what you need.
