If you are interested in talking to me about working together, then please do get in touch. using this form.
A free 15-minute call is usually the first step. I offer this 15-minute telephone call where you can ask any questions that are important aspects for you. Holding an introductory call helps to decide if working together would be a good fit for you. We can discuss what you’re looking for and how I can support you. This conversation is with a view to booking an initial 50-minute appointment. After the free 15-minute call, all sessions are chargeble once we start working together in earnest. The free 15-minute call is applicable for therapy for individuals or couples, clinical supervision, or equine sessions.
I prefer to speak to a therapist or supervisor or consultant before working with them, so I also want to offer this opportunity to my clients.
Making a booking: if you are ready to make an appointment and pay by card to reserve the session, please fill in the form opposite. This is the quickest way to start working together. Your enquiry comes directly and only to me. Then I will respond to your enquiry – promptly, professionally, and confidentially.
If funding is through another route, such as private health insurance or billing to an organisation, please make sure you have that information to hand when making your enquiry. I am registered with all major medical insurance companies such as Cigna, Vitality, Aviva, and Bupa Global. Before arranging an appointment, you will need to provide your personal details along with insurer name, policy number, plus the all-important authorisation code.
Enquiries for equine sessions, training delivery, or any other general enquiry can also be made using this form. I will respond accordingly.
Filling in the form is the most straightforward way of contacting me, so I can be responsive and attuned to your enquiry. I look forward to hearing from you whenever you are ready.
