I work in Malmesbury, Wiltshire SN16 9JB www.ashlar-evolution.com

also at The Grove Practice, 4 Wimpole Street, London W1G 9SH www.thegrovepractice.com

Directions to Chestnut House, Milbourne Lane, Malmesbury SN16 9JB:

From the M4, at junction 17, take the A429 towards Cirencester. From the A429 at the second roundabout near Malmesbury (with the BP garage and water tower), turn into the B4040 signed to Cricklade and Charlton. Take the immediate right turn into Milbourne Lane. After the sharp left bend in the lane, continue past the residential road Monks Park. On the right hand side you will reach two modern houses with a stone wall at the front, separated by a tarmac drive. Chestnut House is the farther one. You are welcome to park on the gravel by the garage or in the lane outside. I would be grateful if you could avoid parking on the grass verge in front of the house.

Personal profile

Sarah is Director of Ashlar Evolution Limited in Malmesbury, where she maintains a private counselling practice working with individuals and couples, as well as supervising individuals and groups.  Her clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, bereavement, management of anger, often involving a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques. She also specialises in working with addiction, bullying, disordered eating, sexual problems, HIV and survivors of sexual abuse.  Sarah has been a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy since 2001 and has qualified from a BACP-accredited Humanistic Integrative training.

After a successful career as a business leader within BBDO, a global advertising network, Sarah trained as an executive coach and began working as an organisational development consultant.  Much of her work involves performance improvement during change management.  This approach focuses on behaviours and communication skills that are essential to achieve the business goals expected.  She also works with executives in transitional performance management, often as a result of structural change or career promotions. She works with individuals and groups, often drawn from banking, media, law and IT.
